Someone send that guy an email saying they are interested and see what he has to say. Also why is it listed in Austin if he lives in NY?

Hey guys, I just came across this. I actually live in Rochester. If you need any help up here, I am sure we can get the authorities involved. This guy needs a little "Texas smackdown"

I thought PayPal already gave you a "final" answer.

If so, then take the next step as all the good folks around here are advising. File a report with all the proper authorities, and let this douche serve time for pulling this scam.

Also, when you talk to the authorities...make sure to inquire as to which court you should file suit in. And keep all those documents you have in a very safe place.

Best of luck. It sucks that you had to learn this lesson at such a young age, but I expect you're the sort of person who will know what to watch out for from now on.

Paypal wont do squat. This guy is a pro scammer and he keep money in the account. Paypal is worthless unless you used a CC to buy it then contact the CC company.

Call the FBI NOW. If you ever want a CHANCE of getting your cash back you will have to act fast before this guy gets up and moves.

Note to JasonShort: Please don't go in OJ-style. But if you have some friends willing to help this fella swim with the fishes, then by all means....

Yeah, put this f*cker in jail!! You have all the evidence you need right now, and with your friend participating in another scam for him, it will keep him engaged long enough for the authorities to step in and catch him.
