you should check the intersection at which the light is installed. If it does not have the required markings/postings prior to the intersection, you can fight and beat the ticket. Look up the traffic law... ask me how i know.

we have red light cameras in humble that malfunction like that CONSTANTLY.

on a side note, that would be an interesting conversation explaining to a cop why you were doing 170 on the toll road

I also got one for turning right on red. Meh won't make that mistake again...

I wonder how much a lawyer would charge to try and fight the ticket. You may just be better off paying the ticket then taking a baseball bat to the camera! I'm sure no one is going to jump out of their car and stop you!

Just pay it and move on with your life. Why would you want trouble with the law?
