Default a question for those who watch pinks all out

is there a time class that usually ends up being picked after trials more than the other?

im thinking about signing up the truck for pinks all out but if its always a 10.0 or 10.5 class that ends up in the main event i wont even waste my time. im in a street truck, not a drag truck. if its always drag classes that are chosen ill sit it out.

im guessing that i should sit in the low/mid 11 second class. i usually hit 12.19 through 12.22 in the 1/4 on motor. i plan to add a 150 or 200 shot on a progressive controller out of the hole. i never really watch the show because i think most of the pinks crew are a bunch of D-bags but it would be fun if i were involved.

I would say about 80% of the shows I have seen are in the 10-10.5 class. I have seen a couple 8 or 9 second classes. Have never seen a 12 or 11 second class

When i was on the show last time they were in Dallas, they chose the low 10 second class, my car ran a 10.2 all day at the time, so luckily I made it in. They just choose what they have the most of that they can work with, if that is an 11 second class they will choose that, but usually the 9 second and 10 second class puts on the best show.

You have to run faster than 11.99 to qualify. It says that in the rules. If you can get down to 10.50 I would say you got a good shot.

make sure you have some sad story ready for the producers about how
you used to suck **** for crack, and drag racing saved you from becoming
a crack *****.

True Story...

Notice most of the racers they pick recently had a death in the family, sick parents/family member, Great,Great grand dad bought the car new, etc...
