Not exactly 2 things you may use deadly force ay night are criminal mischeif and home invasion . look it up in tx penal code, I am retired deputy sheriff and just took a continuing education course on this exact thing....

GOOGLE TX penal code for criminal mis. at night deadly force may be used and you have an excuse to prosicution.. which means if someone is breaking your window in your vehicle in your drive at night you can use up to deadly force......................

so yall have a c6 and a c5 and none of the alarms wen t off when my back window got busted out on my camaro my factory alarm went off? and i cant see someone breaking into these cars and no one seeing anything but then if a thief wants it no one can stop him from getting it

Jacoby (LS1GUMMI) in his black camaro was parked right beside us and they didnt do anything to his. He lucked out on this one.
I wish we would have caught them in the act. It happened right as we were paying for our food and leaving. I dont think I will be leaving my car anywhere I cant see it.
We have factory alarms and neither one went off for some reason.

damn that definitely sucks y'all...really sorry to hear about that daniel! I don't know the guy in the C6, but if you want, I have a porter cable...we can try and get those scratches out if you want...that goes for both of y'all, if you even got scratches daniel.

Yea it was a valentine one radar. Not cheap at all. We asked if anyone seen it and we got the same awnser everytime that said "We didnt see anything"
Yea we were parked in front of it actually in the Frankensteins parking lot.
I will give you a call and see if we can get them out. They dont look to deep on mine. I am sure Matt (RaceMadnss) will want to try it as well. He lives in Katy so it will be easier to meet over at his place.

man i feel for yall im so sick of this **** in katy...
i have had my car broken into and my V1 stolen, my dads truck has been broken into twice and another V1 stolen.. both times a broken window and once a punched out lock..BOTH in the LA fitness parking lot..
ia kid i know caught someone breaking into his car... it was a 15yr old highschool kid!
if anyone is down for a steakout i have a yukon XL some bats,stun guns,pit bulls,ect...
i wanna take these ******* down!!!!! haha
the cop told me that in the LA fitness parking lot alone **** gets stolen atleast 5-6 times a week... all they do is smash and grab.. pisses me off!!
