We need to really just find a hotel/motel that is centralized to where we want to be... myself or someone from lonestar can make some calls...

I have gotten some deals from telling them that we are a part of a large club, and looking for a deal... Lots of times if you talk with the correct management, you can get things pulled off......

Like some discounts since we are going to be a large club staying in the houston area for car ****.... Usually they will work out some sort of deal.....

I agree, we need location info first and someone on the Houston end setting up a meet. It would suck to drive all that way to only be around the same people we could hang with in DFW.
