1/25/09 Temporary Flame Paint Spent some time at WS6Tumblr's today. Had him paint some temporary flames to see how it looked.

. I plan on getting rid of the front plate bracket once they make it legal for the front plate to be missing. Don't feel like giving money to the courts for something silly like a ticket for no front plate.As for the wheels, I want to get some black ones or powdercoat the stock ones but that costs money I don't have right now

Illegal as hell. You cant alter a license plate in any way. The flames look good, but its a little much on your car. I like the hood flames, but the ones down the sides are too much. I also agree that it is in dire need of some wheels. Black wheels with a polished lip would look awesome.

Everyone has their own taste, I love the sides and the hood looks good to me. Maybe we can make the flames go further up on the hood next time but that's the only thing I'd change at this point. I was already turning heads coming home today.
it really depends on where you're at in houston, what you're doing, and what cop you come across. i'm in houston and i run no front plate, and knock on wood i haven't had any problems. historically, i've always had more problems out in the country when i come across a state trooper. they're the ones that are generally more picky about it
I need a PM as to how to contact your painter. Thats EXACTLY what I want, a little heavier on my car, but thats it. Thanks
