Oakridge North Area. Are you familiar with the realty office "Nicole Realty" right off of the feeder before Robinson road? Just curios how close to that it is, I used to live in that house when I was a kid and you saying that area brought me back some memories.

I see you have the radiant barrier decking.
I had to talk my boss into insuring that his builder used the foil backed decking on his roof. I thought that was standard now a days but his builder didn't believe in the value.

VERY nice. Not that I'd be surprised if you just paid for it, but if you did finance then I bet you like the interest rate.

Wow that is really nice! It's tastefully done with the lighting and the high ceilings! The floors look reallygood too, you hardly ever see that color hardwood.! I like the kitchen, great color scheme, and the stainless appliances are 
And of course no house is complete without the media room! Are you going projection or 60" pioneer elite kuro plasma?? lol. Gotta have the 7.1 surround sound though lol.
