Looks great Tony!

+1 on a shop, not enough space already for what you have. Plus you need lifts......and a test track!

The 4 garages will be just for parking. I plan on epoxy coating the floors, giving it a nice paint scheme in there. On the back half of the property, I plan on building a 40x60 shop with lifts etc... for the wrenching.

Did you help design it at all?
We started with a generic floorplan...and changed everything. Excellent experience, they were willing to let us change just about anything we wanted, and worked with us to do so. I changed up the entire front elevation, designed the stone and window brick treatments, various internal wall reconfigs, made 2 bays of the garage longer to fit my dually, extended the rear patio, added the wall upstairs to create a media room, moved the master bath around to get a bigger closet space, designed the rear windows in the living room, etc... We picked all the colors, finishes, tiles, brick, etc...

Nice house Tony! I want to build a house like I want someday. I like the outside and inside design of yours. Very modern but still looks like it has that welcome home style.

2 Words: You Suck! JK Tony and Lisa = You both well deserve it! I know every time I see Tony he is working. That is my new dream home. I have an OK one now = but bigger and better things are always a goal! We are on .6 of an acre and I can't even keep up with that!

Let me know if you need help with the media room.

I did a ton of research before I fixed mine up

Horrible picture I took

But this is a 120in screen on a 1080p projector.

Not sure how big your media room is but go with a screen that fits your media room size.

my media room is 30x30 so I went with the 120in and it seems to fit perfect.

All that being said, the house looks great!!!!

I haven't looked at media setups in awhile. We did ours about 3 years ago using a 100" widescreen in a 18x30+ room. It was perfect for a theater setup. They plan on updating it when I move out possibly. I highly recommend it if you have a room for it, nothing like watching movies on a 100"+ screen!!

LOL True true. We had so much fun playing Halo 2 and Grand Theft Auto when we first got it. The only thing is you gotta sit very far back because it's hard to take in all the screen LOL! Though for 4 players it was really awesome because you had so much room to see for your part of the screen.

Congratulations, Tony. Beautiful home.

I'll be building a media room at some point, too. There's easily a 16'x24' space in the attic I can reclaim. I already have the plans drawn up. For now, I'm stuck with a measly 73" rear projection in my 20'x24' gameroom.

Our next home will definitely be custom.
