that looks like the A/R upper version, very easy recoil, there's a video on youtube of some moron firing a bolt action barrett 95 (i think) with no muzzle brake

I was on a M2A 50 caliber browning machine gun crew in the service, put one of those on full auto and push the butterfly and see what happens. As several guys have already mentioned the recoil on that gas operated muzzle brake heavy barrelled rifle isn't bad at all, I was surprised how light it was first time I fired one but that first round has you thinking how bad is this going to be? I know that was fun, we shot a watermelon at about 1000 yds. I'd like to have one but they are way expensive and the ammo ain't cheap either.

The one in the video is a cobb. The gun prob. is about 30lbs. and the big *** muzzle helps a lot, before I shot the first time I was very nervious but after that I got trigger happy!

With there was a legal place to shoot one of those .50's up here in IN.

Closest place is **** Creek.

There's a range in Evansville called Red Rock or something like that, they had a full auto day when I was there, check it out.
