If ya'll know a better way to run 3" with an x-pipe and true duals then let me know and I will change it. I am tired of dragging that ****. Plus I have the Eibach Sportline kit. So Yea...as for not welding it up all the way? Hell its a waste of wire. Its not like its going to leak, its a straight through muffler. Plus I was tired and it was like 3 in the morning when we got done.

Dude ya'll have no idea what a jerk this cop is. The whole search my car deal. Wow..like 7-8 months ago (before cam, exhaust...) I was at O'Reillys talking to my friend ( I was outside of my car and I left it idiling) and a co-worker of mine pulled up like said whats up, revved his truck up and hauled ***. About 2 seconds later a cop pulls up says he has reports of a red camaro revving its motor. I was like no. I just go here (and I really had). Well this one punk *** kid I don't like got in and sat in my driver seat like right as the cop pulled up. So the cop asks for both our licenses. The kid that had just got in my car, his license was suspended. They arrested him. Then the cop goes on a power trip and says he has to search my car and me. And then he asks if I have been drinking. Me being pissed said yea. water. ( I had a sonic cup with ice water in my hand) So he says he is going to give me a sobriety test so on so forth. He is a ***** and ***** with EVERYONE.

Yea but I am not fighting the legality of my exhaust. My ticket is for no mufflers. Which I have. My ticket isn't for illegal exhaust, loud exhaust, failure to have exhaust exit the rear, noise pollution or anything else. It is for NO MUFFLERS. I have mufflers. Whether they are dumped or not. That shouldn't matter in court. Its all about the technicallity of it, and the loopholes.

Thats the plan. Except I don't think I need a mechanic. Between the receipt from several months ago, the description from their web site. The pictures on my car. Like I said I don't think they can get me for having illegal exhaust because thats no what the ticket was for. Its not for too loud, or illegal, or failure to exit the rear of the vehicle. Its for no mufflers. Which I have. Whether they are dumped, or not. They are still mufflers. So...I think I will be able to. I just wondered what yalls ideas were...thanks for all the input guys.

I tried that a few yrs ago. They pretty much laughed in my face when I tried to get my ticket dismissed over a small mistake on the ticket

Yea I guess you are right. But in all seriousness, my car is 100% legal except for no cats, window tint too dark, and too loud/ not exiting the rear exhaust. I have full coverage, registration, inspection, all lights, car is clean as ****, I don't drive reckless or fast usually....he's just a jerk for no reason.

While those are tecnically mufflers, if your area has noise ordinance laws those mufflers are not going to quiet the car down enough to make it legal. I would first find out what if any laws your area has regulating vehicle exhaust. They might be mufflers, but if they don't make the car legal, it dosen't matter.

Re'
if it were a noise violation that would be true, but thats not the type of ticket he got. it's gonna get thrown out easy. without a doubt

i bet he doesnt even show up for court. he just did it to be a queer. and make you pay court costs.
