Getting rid of Rafer was a huge mistake. He's the only one that can run the offense efficiently. Anyways, I would have worked out a deal with Tmac and Luther for someone

I'm actually looking forward to seeing brooks & Wafer starting and getting some solid playing time. Sucks to see Alston go though.

All Houston teams go through the same ordeal when it comes to keeping good players.

Anyways, I've been good bro, how bout yourself? I've been laying low lately, really haven't had time to be on here like I want.

This trade doesn't bother me. I believe by doing this, they free up about $3 million for next season and let's face it. Rafer was streaky at best. I think Aaron Brooks will do a good job for us.
Maybe they are trying to free up the money to sign Artest in the off season.

i agree, very hot and cold. Aaron Brooks, couldnt tell you who he was last year, now i think he will be fine. T-mac is what really pisses me off. They need to ditch his *** somehow.

Aaron Brooks had 19 points, 8 assists, and 6 rebounds last night in the Rockets' win over the Mavs. This puts the Rockets at 7-1 when Brooks is the starting point-guard.

They actually didn't really free up anything, I think they actually added a little salary, don't forget they took on brian cook and his contract of 3.5million to warm the bench. I like aaron brooks and hopefully getting a lot of playing time like this will help him blossom even more.

Shiet tell me about it. You can get into an 06 Viper for low 40's now with less than 30k miles. I believe C6Z are around the same price.
