Bar Rio in Houston, Is it Ghetto?

Default Bar Rio in Houston, Is it Ghetto?
Just got a question about this club, Bar Rio. Im not much for clubs, but I do love various sorts of electronic genre. Anyway, they seem to host a bunch of top dj's and Armin Van Buuren is coming again, for those who know who he is. I know this place use to be "T-Town" and was wondering if it was the same people or same scene since then. Anyway, I never been even then at that time back then, but my cousin use to go and he likes that ghetto type crowd I guess.

Richmond strip has a couple nice bars, Richmond Arms and Magnolia are nice. You also got big Woodrows off Chimney Rock and richmond.

Good times back in 2002-2003, same with R&R? on Main street around abouts the same time.

Richmond Arms I like to watch the Champions League Football(soccer) games there , alot of brits hang out there to watch too

That sux, was trying to avoid that. Just that I want to see this guy play, I may still give it a try. Hope the tickets sell out and pushes out the usuall crowd from dropping by. Be nice if it took place in Midtown.
