Raw Video: Deputy Shown Kicking Teen Girl

Well while not defending the guy cause it does appear to be just what it looks like, but who knows what had transpired before that moment etc... I wouldn't think that justifies it, but it could explain why he flipped out so quickly. Looks bad for both of the officers IMO.

pointing out some facts on this video
- the officer claimed she committed assault on him tryign to justify his ruthless actions.
- the shoe did not touch him
- she did not resist
- he is now facing up to one year in prison and is currently on administrative leave.
- **** yo couch officer, buy another one your rich mother ****** (Dave Chappelle)

What a POS...
It doesn't matter what that girl did before the video was shot. He's an officer of the LAW, he is supposed to be trained to handle this ****. If you can't handle a 15 y/o girl without violating her then you don't deserve to wear a badge, you deserve a prison sentence for beating a minor.
Big strong man, hope he feels like a big man.

First and foremost...
To all the fine officers that visit this board and are standup law enforcers.......
I salute you and thank you for your public service.
Both of THOSE guys in the video should be up on charges.
The other guy did nothing to stop it and even assisted in cuffing her while it was going on. HE IS AN ACCOMPLICE.
Give me and ten other father's on this board five minutes with those two in a locked room......

I work with a Ukrainian guy and he had a pretty interesting view on this. He commented on how the cop picked her up by the hair, and compared it to how **** soldeirs usta do that to Jewish women. Then he told me my the US is fukt cuz of ppl like that cop lol.
If that was my daughter, Id glady do time for takin that D-bag out. He is scum, and he hides behind his badge. n:

This guy is toast. He lost his career, pension, and freedom. As for the "paid vacation" he's on that is standard procedure in most places. Even criminal cops are entitled to due process. If they fire him and somehow a jury finds him not guilty they'll not only have to rehire him but also pay him back pay and face a lawsuit for unlawful termination. It's cheaper for the county to pay him until he is found guilty, then they can legally terminate him without fear or repercussions.
"So damn corrupt"? You do realize that it was a member of said "corrupt" government who turned this guy in and got him charged, right? And not just a member of the government, a member of his own agency. So one of his own co-workers saw the video and brought it to the attention of prosecutors rather than covering it up. The girl didn't file a complaint or charges, another Deputy did. So that kind of flies in the face of your opinion that all government is corrupt. If they were so corrupt they would have burned the video and called the girl a liar instead of making it public and coming out with the facts on their own. But logic and fact have never gotten in the way of a little anti-government/anti-cop rant before, so I doubt it will this time either.
I couldn't help but comment on this. For starters, I wouldn't call his view on this "interesting" by any means. I'd instead say his view was one of "ignorance, inexperience, and hypocrisy". Your co-worker is from the Ukraine, hardly a bastion for compassion, fairness, or civil rights. Look up Ukrainian laws and law enforcement sometime and you'll see how ignorant his statements about our country are. He thinks our country is "fucked" because of people like this cop? Ask him why he is living in our wonderful free country instead of the socialist hellhole he's from if our country is so bad. If he's honest he'll tell you that he got the hell out of his country as soon as humanly possible because of the way it is run. And if he's honest he'll also tell you that the actions of this cop would be considered "taking it easy" on a suspect where he is from. I think maybe he should worry about ways to make his own country into a modern first world country before knocking ours.
