I spoke to my bro-in law who is already up there geared up and ready to go. They left Houston at 4AM on Thursday towing their travel trailer. He called me around 3PM Thursday afternoon and they're already set up, drinking beer and ready to party for the weekend!

When I was at TMS for the race last spring and they did the driver introductions Kyle Busch was booed VERY loudly. The crowd by far was all over him compared to a few other drivers and it wasn't even close. He's an arrogant little *****.

Yea I got'em too in the Busch race. Poor old Jr lost his wheel and went 3 laps down, so we left with 40 or so to go. I'm not sure I like my seats though (P405, row 5). It's right up in front of the action, but it's hard to see the whole track. I think next time I'm gonna try and sit in turn 1, as the drivers get real close and you can boo them and they'll hear ya, see most of the track, etc.

Sure did, good to see Gordon get himself a Texas win at last. Booed the snot out of him and Kyle though. Did anyone else see Kyle uproot Jr. when Jr. was in the lead on the restart? What a little punk. I hope Jr. spins him out at the next race.
Here are some pics I took from the race:

Great pics Littles. I don't know what the deal is with Jr. He made another dumb mistake on pit road again today. It'd be nice to see him in contention for some wins. At least Tony did finish in 4th, which was good and Kyle freaking Busch didn't win!
How loud were the boos for Kyle? When I was there last year he was booed really, really loud and I hope he was again today.

by longer you mean only 4 letters longer than your SN?
anyways, i had a great time, got a speeding ticket on the way up though that wasnt cool at all.
It was a boring race to begin with, but it slowly got better as it progressed. After that last round of pit stops i thought for sure there was gonna be a 5 car battle for the win, but in typical COT fashion it was a 1 car runaway, although jimmie j was bringing the heat at the end.

Ughhhhh.. I got wind burned and sun burned yesterday. I had to "work" the race. Atleast I was getting paid to watch most of the race. Got to watch Gordon re-take first place from pit road and win the race. I had to work the back stretch area, rows 201 thru 317 (the area where those huge billboard signs were and the RV's parked underneath them).
