well it doesnt matter either way. vandalism is a comprehensive claim. its in the same category as hail, theft, act of god, whatever lol. comprehensive claims SHOULD NOT affect your rate. BUT i always advise people to contact their agent and ask if the rate will be affected to taking any action. they should give you a definite answer.

Man, I wish the would have keyed the front bumper instead, theres some scratches on the bottom of the bumper, so at least I could have gotten something fixed.

I just had to pay 2 $500 deductibles and 1 300 windshield. Some sorry sob threw stones through my back winshield twice in 2 weeks and dented the tbss. The claim is gonna be under your comprehensive and you ins shouldnt go up I talked to them about rate increase and since it wasn't my fault it wont.

Damn man that sucks. It makes me wanna everytime **** like this happens. I hate the fact that people, especially college students, dont give a **** about other peoples property! But I would definately go through insurance if they dont up your rate too much... By the way ive seen you driving around campus a couple of times and your car is gorgeous man props to ya. And before you sell it we gotta run, im down whenever you are!

I just want something less noticeable. I dont want to always worry if someone is messing w my car or not. Its way too easy for someone to key someone elses car.

I have USAA also. They are very easy to deal with. But if you have a few claims they will drop you in a heartbeat. Thats how they keep the great rates. My wife had a 84 Z28 that had the T-tops stolen 3 times and then they just stole the entire car. She had to find coverage somewhere else for 2 years. She gave up on the sports cars. Good Luck. God help them if you find out who did it. Usually someone talks, then BAM!!

Damn dude that scares the crap outta me, I don't know what I would do if that happened to my car. It is so easy to do and people always hate on nice vehicles, I try not to drive mine much to avoid dumb **** like that from happening. Sorry to hear about that bs

nah man sorry.

By the way, I called USAA, and they said I need to get a police report. I called the cops, they said I needed to call campus police (Since it was technically a campus parking lot, but far as **** from campus). I called them, they said that I had to go to their offices, or drive to anywhere on campus and the police will meet up with me. Guess I'll be meeting up with them shortly. What a MF pain.
