WTB: Silverado 1500 (00-07) Any leads?

I've looked all over Autotrader, cars.com, craigslist... nothing. I have cash, just need to find a deal.

MUST be a 5.3 and NO short bed trucks! NO GREEN OR MAROON!

Anybody know anything or aybody

i just started lookin myself too jerry but don't quite have the money yet. ill let you know if i find something in the next couple months. you want 2 or 4wd? minimum 4.8 im guessin? RC or Ext or C/C?

oh, and randomn, but if you have interest in a tahoe, my mom might be gettin rid of hers soon

has to have a 5.3 and minimally ext cab. 4x4 / 4x2 it doesn't matter. no work trucks, preferably lt trim with center console/leather... cloth is ok too

I bet there are quite a few Silverados in all of those sites you mentioned.

It's probably the statement above prevents you from finding one.

Granted, there are quite a few people still thinking their truck is the ****, but still. The deals are out there.

Are you referring to the super short bed that comes on the crew cabs (and some later model ext cabs) or do you want a long bed?

ok long story but..., my dad bought my older sister a white 2001 Silverado extended cab fleet side (regular bed) with a 5.3L auto brand new off the lot with 0 miles. She has been daily driving it since new, never been wrecked, clear title. My wife is trading her a 2003 tahoe straight up cause my wife wants a TBSS and my sister would have better use of the tahoe for the kids. So we are going to sell the Silverado instead of the Tahoe.
I havent picked up the Silverado yet but should be trading it today. So as soon as I get it, i'll be taking pics and post up all the info.
Im thinking somewhere in the $6k range...
