a non-chl holder can not have a gun in their vehicle on school property
a valid CHL holder may have a gun in their vehicle or on themselves on school property so long as they do not carry it into the building or make a threat to anybody on the property while carrying

Well my "piece" stays in the ride 24/7 now. I was always so frustrated that the only time I may need my gun I couldnt have it on me, like the days I go to UH. The other days not as much but its always in my backseat/center console depending on what I am carrying.
