Make fun if you want, but Brake Check has lifetime for $115ish 1st visit then like $10 every time after that. Plus it's a big chain that comes with warrenty.

I know Firestone used to have a lifetime alignment that you could purchase, not sure if they still do. You pay one time, and then it's free re-aligns for the rest of the time you own the car. To me, that's a pretty damn good deal

Yes they do. They're $139.99, but if they're having a slow day, you might be able to get it for less. Anything lower than $139 and the "sales person" doesn't make any money off of it, so keep that in mind. Also keep in mind that from a "business" standpoint, alignments are 100% profit margin, so any money they can get from them usually makes somebody at Firestone happy. When I was working there (up until Nov '08), just to get a sale, I sometimes sold the Lifetime for as little as $99 and a one-time for $40.

Hope this helps.

I have a lifetime alignment on my truck and they have done several alignments with not problems at all. The last time I had one done, they told me there was a little play (and told me what part), but said I should take it to the dealer since I had the extended warranty. It may be location specific, but not the Firestone on I10 between Gessner and Bunker Hill.

The only time you would need to align your rear is IDRS. Even with a adj phb your tires should be straight on the road as you have a fixed axel, just measure or eyeball it on either side.

You're lucky because every time I brought my Trans Am back, they would find some reason why they couldn't do it. They would align it the first time, bring it back and all of the front suspension had AIDS and couldn't be realigned.
