Hey, I didn't say no one else knows how to tune, but I have been several places and Shaner has always done me right. I don't need to post a ton of times just so that every kid in DFW knows who I am. Shaner has built me a fast car. The rest of this is just typical internet BS.
To the OP, try whoever you feel comfortable with.

My car is no where near stock. Ed Wright tuned it in one day, and the idle and driveability are as good as stock. Almost everyone he tunes has the same experience as me. Ask around. I didn't mean to imply Sam88Gta1 is not a good tuner. I don't know him. Maybe he is great, but the idea that the car can't be tuned properly in 1 day is rediculous. I just know what I and others have got for our money from Ed Wright. I have several friends that had their car tuned in DFW and Houston at different big name shops that did them in a day or less, so there are plenty that don't take 2-3 days. Most of these ended up going to Ed after the driveability was dissapointing to say the least.
I hope you don't judge me on my post count. This username has not been registered that long and I don't post a lot, but I've ben here since the beginning. Switched over from the old LS1.com when Nineball started this one.

Your post count does not mean anything you can post a million times in the texas section for 5 years and they dont count. Ive had my car tuned by a local shop in lewisville and it ran like **** and they told me my brand new motor had 20% leak down had it for three days dident fix anything and left me with a big bill so i took my car to mark and it runs perfect

I walked into SQR thursday ordered my cam and lifters and picked em up Friday at 4pm. Hows that for turn around. There basic turn around is 1.5 days for a tune, cause they want to do a cold start and run on the car the day after the tune. Im taking my car there next month after I get my new clutch.
