Mikey is saying, and has been saying for awhile that stock heads are just as good for boost as anything. As usual this is just dumb.
MSU, as in Making S*** Up. It was obvious that that was what you were doing with your "example." You even managed to prove his point!

That won't work, HP Tuners does not come with a driver....

lol I think Old man must like the idea of owning a fast car even though he doesn't ever drive it.

They would usually get a Vette in that case...

What part of the mathimatical equation are you not comprehending? If you pick up 40hp with a set of heads na you will pick up 60hp on a boosted car at 7lbs.

Prove me wrong

LOL, well I'm guessing that you assume since 7psi is half of what ambient air pressure is (at sea level BTW), you assume that an additional 7psi of boost is an automatic 50% power gain.

What you fail to comprehend in your "mathimatical" equation are a few things such as Boyle's Gas Law and adiabatic efficiency, which you blatantly disregard. This is really, REALLY basic stuff, so I would suggest you do some research before you come up with anymore bogus "mathimatical" equations. Try Corky Bell, for starters, since he explains this specifically.

Lets use engine dyno numbers for this example since those are real numbers.

(1) 370 cubic inch motor makes 500 na with stock heads.

(2) Same motor makes 750 with 7lbs of boost

(3) Add some heads ported by Nix (had to Brandon) to the NA combo and it adds 80 at the crank for a total of 580

(4) Same amount of boost will now make 820.

Now, please explain to me how heads dont make as big of a difference on a boosted motor please.
Oh, and just to drive that last point home, you contradict yourself with your own example. Apparently, this engine gained 80hp from heads in N/A form (500hp -> 580hp), but gained only 70hp from heads with 7psig (750hp-> 820hp)?
