HAHAHAH at SAPD impounding cars. There are so many illegal drivers in SA its unreal. Ive literally been in 3 accidents in SA where the driver that hit the car didnt have insurance. Its unreal how Texas STILL cant enforce that law.

Fact is, if he towed your vehicle and you have insurance then everything is going to be dropped and you shouldnt have to pay anything.
