I want a dyno, but my neighbors do not. ![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)
I managed the construction of the building, it cost around $60K total just for the concrete and steel, including assembly. Electrical and plumbing were extra. Steel building is by www.mbmi.biz , they built it to my specs.

this is the 4th time i have opened this page. I am envious. I saw your camaro at LMRs dyno day but i never figured out wich guy was nineball. Man you are like LS1tech's Jay Leno. HAHA.
Im loving that Chevelle. that was my dream car back in highschool. I would ditch my car in a heartbeat for a fully restored 70 Chevelle SS.

Mr CHI, those huge shelves in the back are boxes of car parts. I have them organized by vehicle. The top shelf is my OEM parts bin, where I stack factory crap that I remove from cars. Most of those parts are for the two 69 Camaros and the Chevelle. I prefer buying all the stuff I need first, before tearing a car apart to rebuild them. The Viper hood along the wall is the original hood off the car. I put an '08 Viper hood on the car.
Shop is not A/C equipped. It hasn't bothered me with the fans blowing, I'm not a wuss. I grew up in Houston, even worked for several years outside in this heat. I may add A/C later, but it isn't even a concern.
Brook, the Z06 has the Katech carbon fiber wing on it. Pic is distorted due to the lens used. I don't have any good pics of that wing on the car yet, will do those later on.

I only asked about the A/C because although I can (and have) worked in all sorts of conditions (used to insulate attic plumbing in the middle of summer covered in insulation)... I prefer A/C. I guess that makes me a wuss?

Tony,
The shop looks great. I want to do something very similar. The pictures give me a good idea of how big I'll need. Hopefully if I can sell my Camaro and find some land down in the Pearland area, I'll be able to pull it off in a few years.
As previously mentioned and maybe I missed the reply, but any plans for epoxy on the floor? Seems like a good idea to keep things as clean and immaculate as you like to do.
Did your price include you doing any of the labor or just acting as the supervisor/contractor?
Thanks!
