Got a MAJOR BS ticket Last night, I was driving to a restaurant with my girlfriend in my TA. On the way there, a cop was sitting next to the road, clocking people. When we pass by, he gets on to the road and follows us. He stays behind us the WHOLE time. If i got in the left lane, he got in the left lane. If I got back into the right lane, He did the same. He stayed behind us on every turn and through every intersection. He followed us for about 5 miles, and I was pretty irritated at this point.
We got to the restaurant and pulled in the parking lot. Sure enough, he follows us into the parking lot to. We park into a spot, and the cop just circles the lot. We get out of the car, and start walking to the doors. As he passes us, he stares me straight in the face. I stare at him back, and slowly raise my middle finger and leave it there. When he sees this, he slams on the brakes, and flashes his lights. (like he needed to pull me over, lol) He gets out of the car and starts yelling at me like he just witnessed me commit a murder. Sure enough, he writes me a ticket for "Disrespecting an officer".
Now, this sounds like a load of BS to me. I actually find it kind of funny. Oh, and this was out in SW Houston, near Westheimer.

File complaint with the PD for him stalking you.
Tell them you were with your girlfriend and it was foreplay.
Tell them you have torretts and then scream "F#*K You!" into the phone. Or if in person, flip off the judge.

When you go to court to fight this "BS" ticket... be sure and flip off the judge too. They love that.
It's your own fault IMO. You could've done the civilized thing and asked the cop why he was following you, but yeah... way to go bud.

that being said, you can't have the best of both worlds. i would just pay the ticket and consider it worth it for something that felt so damn goooooooood
