Trucks almost done (lifted)
Figured some of you fellow Texas boys could appreciate a nice lifted truck. Got back from Top Gun Customz in Alcoa, Tn Sunday with my truck. They installed a Pure Performance Desert Race coilover suspension on my truck. Right now its sitting at 11" lift all suspension. Might throw a 3" body on it to get around 14" total but we'll see. I'm searching for some 22x12/+ wheels to throw some 40x15.50's on. After I get her looking how I want I'm heading up to Relentless diesel to get some engine/trans work. Trying to make it in Diesel power. anyhow, here's a few pictures before I left Tenn.

kinda funny, i was waiting to replace my tires to get the wheels powder coated black and leaving the center caps chrome.
they still have about 15k miles left on them though.
Oh, and bad *** looking truck TS... If I didn't work out of my truck so much, I would roll with an 8" 4link setup. but i'm just sticking around a leveling kit + 37's.

is it just me or do other people think 20+ rim size with big tires looks gay? i guess im just old school. kind of pointless to have 40 inch tires and look like low profile tires with 22s.

4 wheeler magazine did an awesome write up on the wheel to tire size ratio.
pretty much summed up that a bigger wheel and smaller side wall helped out in most application.

So uh...plan on taking it off road?
Nice looking lifted trucks are for high schoolers.
If I EVER owned a lifted truck, it would have the cheapest wheels I could find, I would think you would scratch them the hell up.
Oh, and it would be dirty like 24/7 lol
