Anybody have a short stick

Anybody have a short stick Was looking at the ws6store and saw the short stick it looks cool and all but it says if your car didn't come with a hurst shifter or if you dont have an aftermarket one it might hit the console trim? Anybody experience that?

Yes, I have the stock shifter and a WS6 short stick and it does hit the right side of the console trim when going into 6th and Reverse. I have thought about adding a washer or 2 to move it to the left just a tad, but haven't done it yet.

i have a pro 5.0 and just chopped off about an inch of the threads and ran a die over it to clean the remaining threads up... worked just fine and saved me some money

I have a pretty decent-gifted long stick, can't call it stock.....it gets in the way and hits rear view mirror..... had to replace radio twice because of an incident...

To OP I used a TNA shot stick & it comes w/a spacer, puts handle in perfect position!
UMI,LOU's & NEW ERA are all bent -WS6 store is strait but too far over & is 6.5" tall so not too short either...........CHECH IT OUT
