James Mallory in Fort Worth. He's cheap and worth it. Got me out of 101 in a 60. All I had to pay was the minimum fine

See if Randall Scott works with Arlington if you still need someone.

I could be wrong, but seems to me like you are swimming in mud. You said you received deffered for 3 months, meaning you should not have gotten a ticket within those 3 months. Your ticket will have the date posted as the day the violation occured which is within those 90 days. Even if you get a postpone for a year, you still got the citation within the 90 day window.

how are they going to defer the ticket until your 90 days are up?

most tickets have the date written right on them.

The key is if you were CONVICTED of a speeding violation within your 90-day deferred period. You are allowed one court reset and you can do that yourself without an attorney. Go to or call the police station and ask for a reset.

Here is a good traffic attorney in the Dallas area.

james mallory. he's located on sandage, right off berry street. he's done several tickets for me, including one with a warrant. also, you should be safe within the 90 day period as courts use the date of conviction, not the actual offense(ive asked about this before)

I don't know who is in your area, but there are lawyers that you go to and give them $200 and you never step foot in court and it doesn't appear on your record and it's not defered. My teenage daughter had 8 speeding tickets in the last two years, with three of them being within two months , and not a one of them are in her record. It's magic!

I have used Randall Scott a few times. I haven't ever had to go to court, or even to his office. Everything has been done over the phone.
