Well I am not sure where he ended up going but he did propose last night. It was the Tri Deltas Candle ceremony and he got permission to propose there. (guys are never allowed at these) I asked my wife if she had ever seen that happen when she was in college and she said absolutely not. So that was pretty cool. For those who do not know what a candle ceremony for these sororities are I will explain. When the candle is passed around the circle and makes one full pass and then is blown out by the lady then she was "dropped/promised" If it makes it twice around then she is engaged. Now this is the girl knowing and telling her sisters by blowing out the candle.
My brother arranged for it to go around and they kept trying to give it to Lauren and she kept passing. Finally her little sister walks up to her with the candle in her hand and says look behind you and my brother is on his knee. She falls to the floor.
I think he did a pretty good job!
