Hey, the guy is a hometown boy, went to The University of Texas and won a national championship, was runner up in the Heisman and won numerous other awards, loves his hometown, has an enormous amount of pride and wants to show well tonight on the big stage. As a Texas fan and a Texan I can't help but root for VY. Nothing wrong with that. It's a Texas thing.

No, because I'm a life-long, true blue Cowboys fan. The Texans are OK to me. I just can't get excited about them. I'm have a passing, lukewarm interest in seeing them do well because they're from Texas, but for me personally I'd rather see Vince do well and him beat the Texans. Doesn't make me a bad person, we just have different rooting interests, just as it doesn't make you a bad person for your personal interest in the game. Should be a fun game tonight.

OK Ross. I never insinuated that you should cheer for VY or the Titans. Enjoy the game man and cheer on your Texans. 
I actually hope they make the playoffs. I can be an objective fan and root for both Texas NFL teams. Why can't Texans fans do that?
I never have understood the hatred and envy from Houston fans towards the Cowboys. We're all from Texas.
