Good luck getting it all sorted out. I'd put a camera out there if you are going to have anything valuable parked outside.

They took mine out of my driveway with a tow truck, towed it into the alley around the corner from my house and then left it sitting on the ground with no blocks!

Damn if they went through that much trouble they should have just taken the whole car.

B@stards. My girl just had her car broken into at her job's parking garage. They broke the drivers window and broke the dash all up to get the indash screen out. Luckily she had insurance for theft and vandalism so they wrote her a check for $2k+. She needs a new window, door molding, new radio, new dash, new ac control unit and fix the wires and cable that does to the ac control. F@cking scum.

The only thing she lucked out on was she had $1600.00 in her wallet which she forgot was in the bottom of her bag covered by some papers and a change of clothes that they didn't go through.

WTF? How hard do some people sleep? What next?

New Post: GUYS, this sucks, I got up to goto work and found my hood up with my engine stolen.

RE: Yeah, same thing happened to my friend last week. All they left was the alarm and it still chirped off when he came out.

I mean ???? Wake up and shoot a bastard. Get a dog. Or try going to sleep sober for once. What ever it takes.

I would've bought a garage before an Escalade with 22's... but that's just my way of thinking. Also, didn't read the whole thread, so if something has been mentioned to make me look like the ***... well, now you're the ***.

one thing i might recomend it
turning the wheels all the way to one side
so you cant take the wheels off?
but that dosent help the back wheels
better 2 than 4?

That sucks about your wheels man. I live on the NW side as well near Eldrige and 1960. I cant see my drive way from any window in the house so I bought this "Vioce Alert" system and you would not believe the things that I have sceen since I bought this thing. I have one over the driveway, front door walk way, and one in my truck. I also bought a camera system from them, very easy to install. If you can hook up a DVD player you can install the camera system. If I hear one of the "Voice Alert" sensors go off while I'm sleeping I just turn the TV on and see whats going on. For example I have heard the drive way alert go off and have sceen people looking in my truck window or checking if the doors are unlocked several times. I watched my girls truck get Repoed after the drive way sensor woke me up. I sceen someone on thier hands and knees looking in our kitchen window after the front door sensor alerted me to look at the camera. My friend works in the A/C buisness and had all his equipment stolen out of his truck about six months ago. I told him to get this security system I had but he put it off. Just last week his system got stolen out his car. His "Voice Alert" arived at his door yesterday and is waiting to order his camera system next. Oh and he also bought a shot gun.
