the rubber would be very cracke drummydummy had a bad motor mount and it just affected the position of the shifter in the car, i dont think it would cause the vibration you are talking about.

first the motor mounts are new and now they are "supposed" to be 2 years old

motor mounts affecting position of shifter? If you're pulling the tranny, why would you be near the motor mounts?
You mean the tranny mount?
Tranny mount may affect the position of the shifter (never heard of that, but it makes more sense... but it would definitely explain vibrations, especially in the shifter.

motor mounts were replaced about 2 years ago. brand new. lol
anyways i dont know wat else it could be besides the clutch/pp/flywheel assembly
