As of now, no one in a 5th gen Camaro has really went fast with a bigger ci motor. Sure LMR went a 9.96 and ARD went a 10.26, one has a 427 and the other has a 468. You gotta see where I'm going with this.
I'd buy one if I knew it would run faster.

owners seems to be pleased with the car, although for some reason he said it just gets sidewayz in 1st and 2nd and 3rd wonder what would cause that

What did I say that was critical? I said they had bigger motor's, I didnt cry about it. Is this not ok to state the obvious?
With E.T come's mph, me personaly, thats what I'm worried about.

Not necessarily. Haven't you ever seen a Top Fuel car blow up mid track? If MPH comes with low E.T.'s, then why is it that they'll run a 9.xx at 80 MPH? Why did TSP's SBE car go slower in MPH, with their fastest E.T.?

The threads that have been locked are not because any of the statements I have made, other's who agree or disagree with them have caused them to be locked or deleted.
Were not talking about blowing engines up and rolling through the traps here, we're talking about bigger ci. I said that I could see where the bigger ci shortblock made power under the curve when he posted the graph. I used the 5th gen cars as an example, I was not bashing them. End of story.

spray a 300 shot on your motor and then pick all the pieces up and try to build another one...its not cheaper.. and you cant compare stock rods pistons or crank to better built higher quality pieces they are going to weigh more ...making a little less horse power but will take a brutal beating. and if he ports these heads he will make 45-55 more rwhp.

i would love just for the Stock LS3 power in my fbody.
For my car (beeing as it weighs less) i would benefit more for me just to get a topend setup rather than a strocker kit. Only because i know i wouldnt get traction with the LS3's tq.... so more torque would do me no favors....
then again... I own an Fbody.... Not a badass vette

i cracked ur azz already in my lil blue coupe 5.0
nastyc5 called me out on a wednesday night while i was at home watching tv. we did a 20 roll and a dig spray on spray tore dat ace up lol . had lots of spectators too. an on video. what it feel like to get beat by a kid 3 times in your life time with three diff cars ? maybe u should buy dannys ls3 vette to beat me lmao. yea i know ur gonna wanna run again , trust me my car comes out like a ****** on crack !
