yeah I lived there a couple of years ago. They were nice back then. We had all good neighbors and no crime. What did you want to know about them?

I heard there were a lot of car break ins, and parking was horrible. I drove around the complex at night, and the only area that HAD a lot of parking spots was right in front of the apartment I'm getting.

The main thing though, are the car break in's i keep hearing about. I know it may all be bs, but that really worries me. Right now I live at The Falls At Clear Lake (formerly waterford) so I know Seven Palms is definitely an upgrade, but I don't want my car to get broken in to.

I think car break ins are all over webster. I know a few guys at work who have gotten their windows smashed, and one guy almost got his bike stolen. They were both nice, gated communities....
