dude, they're high school kids. stupid **** is going to happen because that's the nature of the beast. Honestly, as a parent, I would love for my kids to go to a school that made everything available for them to learn on. I think it would be great. If they want a nice job at a dealer or at a performance shop or even own a performance shop, they have to learn that stuff sometime, so why not in school? I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Kids are just kids man

Can't wait to dyno my Trans Am lol..
OH really? not even at the powerband yet at 130? maybe because it was out of the powerband?

I looks like he turned the wheel. That was an accident waiting to happen with all of those people standing around...

A complete guess, but I bet it makes 190's / low 200's to the wheels.

yea he clearly turned the wheels right after his buddy gave him the thumbs up..... and wtf didn't your teacher teach yall not to stand in front of vehicles while they're on the dyno and to cross the straps on the front end of a fwd car to keep it from moving side to side we always used 4 straps on the power wheels, two straps straight back and two straps crossed. that was like one of the first rules they tought us at UTI. glad no one got hurt.

I don't get the asshat that is cheering in the background? As if the car was soooo powerful it broke the straps LOL rightttt That could have got real ugly esp w/ the number of kids to the front left side of that clipse.

The car makes 185hp and he doesn't know what the torque is. During this vid it only made 120hp and 240tq, so the torque is pretty good on this car.

No one was directly in front, Larson wouldn't let that happen.

Sure your don't have those numbers backwards??? cause normally your imports make more Hp than tq... Hell I didn't think any import knew what TQ was...

and yes, clearly your buddy got the bright idea to turn the wheel for whatever reason..you say cause it jerked after he shifted, unless im deaf beyond any help, he shifted like way before that happened....and seriously...H/S shop has a dyno??? WTH??? what kid is going to need to know how to use one of those unless they go to a performance shop and those spots aren't your average job in the Auto world...

I'm not a pro like some of you guys, but isn't a dyno pull usually done in 3rd or 4th? 130 mph, not in powerband yet... what gear is he in? seems like the wrong one.

more importantly though, i don't know why anyone would pay 20-30k to buy an eclipse. only mitsu car i would ever touch is a evo.
