What did you use to block the other side of the egr? Did you remove the whole assembly or did you just remove the cross over pipe and put a block off over the opening. I have read alot about the emissions removal but going to wait a while since it has warranty and it not my daily....yet.

I think I will stay with my LLY dirtymax for now. From the people that I have talked to with new diesels, they are having problems with all of the emission stuff. Here is my tow rig

I miss my old truck
There is a lot of misinformation in this thread but point blank all the HD trucks are pretty equal most are going to perform the same when tuned, now when you start getting into really modified(engine internals) thats where they start to seperate. The new Ford stuff has to prove itself but when Im ready to pick up another diesel if the new Ford powertrain works out Ill get me a F450. The towing stats for the new Fords are skewed due to them including the F450 but then again Dodge/GM isnt making an equivalent... GM needs to get a larger interior, thats the killer for me.
LBZs are where its at right now, 365/752 to the ground through 35s on a tow tune aint bad

last weekend @ the bay house ... well visiting it :o
