Last year was fun even though i didnt always go and was not a true regular, they always made me feel as if i was one of them.. It would be nice to meet more guys from around my are up there.

Ya, I always have a good time when I go out there. Last summer we had 100+ cars show up. We need more F-bodies though, lately it seems the mustangs have outnumbered everyone.

Have had afew 5th's show up, but I think we have quite afew in the club but only me and another guy show up. On occasion we have two or three more non members show up. But everyones welcome to come out.

No Mexico. I know some members do, we just ask that people don't use our meet as a meeting point to go street race or to set up races there. I'm realistic so if you do go, then please go far away to run and don't come back for the night. (Just common sense/coutesy like not shitting in the middle of camp when camping.). We had decent sized group leave from the meet that went and got busted then came back. (I'm sorry, but leaving in a cluster **** to go race is just asking for that kind of attention.) A week or 2 later we were being told we needed to shut down for a month so the cops could run off the *** hats. Mostly because of the ricers, but not completely, IMO.
It isn't uncommon for local LEO's to drive through or even hang with us for a little. We've even seen them in their "deer stand" so they do watch. We have a good relationship with FWPD and want to keep that.

We still have a Zach, but it isn't the one you're referencing. That Zach decided to focus his energy on his family and left the club over a year ago, and we wish him the best.

The Zach you bring up served 3 combat tours. 2 in Iraq and 1 in Afghanistan. His last tour was cut short when his wife was diagnosed with MS (IIRC). I'll admit he could be overzealous, but he was under a lot of stress at that time and I sure wouldn't want to have walked in his shoes. Just something to keep in mind.
