lala dont take that as in insult. i wasnt trying ot bring you in his just to anything just conveying a point that all could understand. hell compared to this guy.... i actually have some form of respect for you. u at least have integrity and that in itself is respectable.

So i have been having trouble with my ride, I thought the transmission was slipping but it just didnt seem right. My buddy came over to help me with it and we singled out the VSS yet again! We pulled the one out i just replaced and got a new one. The car speedo was jumping up and down and the car was going in and out of gear. After we put the new one in the speedo didnt move at all. He had to split so just now i went out again to check the wiring. The ******* wire just broke off in my hand and i can see where it has been smashed and breaking. Now I can see the broken part up on top of the tranny dangling where i can barely reach it.
So now I need someone that can help me track down where its routed and help me run a new one! So if anyone has anytime to come give me a hand that would rock. I am just not confident in my skills to run it without it touching something hot and burning or getting smashed. I also think it got smashed when i bought the car the tranny mount was out and everything was moving around.

All i can say about the last two pages of My thread is that looks like Dave called the stalled/camed car out and said he would beat him 1/4 or 60ft him I guess cause the guy is on street tires and failed trying to do so. If a guy jumps to early then dont go after him wait and redo the run. Dave by you hiting right after him makes it a run and by saying he left early makes it an excuse. Regardless both are f bodies both are auto's one has probably close to 80-100rwhp more than dave car but im guessing dave thought he wouldnt hook making it a close race or giving dave the advantage. But just because its on street tires dont mean he going to sit there spinning .. If it was a 6spd I would think dave would get him close to about 70. Either way the guy car is faster and has a bigger pocket than you dave. Who cares a lost is a lost. **** it! When I had my SS I took out alot of cammed ls1 and other few fast cars at mexico and than got my *** kick from a dig racing my buddy tuned srt 8 jeep. Who cares both cars runs pretty good for what they are.

sean its not the fact that i lost. i could really careless and didnt expect to win a 1/4 pass. considering mods on both cars.
my issue with it was him saying he got me by 3 cars..... when everyone (there) including myself call bullshit on that one. thats the only problem i had. but all will be settled. we agreed on another pass and we will have spectators time to verify.
with a huge 4400 stall on street tires an auto is more then capable of blowing the tire off.
