So if SAR sucks because of their track prep (i.e. none), where is the next closest 1/4 mile strip?

There track prep is fine. Pick the right night or event, and it is pretty good. Plenty of 8 and 9 second street cars getting down the track.

No passes. Car made a little over 600 rwhp on a mustang dyno. That was only on 11 degrees of timing with the limiter at 5600. Car can easily make over 700rwhp with a little more timing and pulling it higher than 5600. That was 12 lbs.

very nice. your car scares the hell out of me. only cause the motor. lol

when has the boss (wife) ok'd the build to something more boost suitable?

i finally caved in and bought gears for my car. just need to get them installed and a tune. the nitrous is gone too.

slowly piecing everything together to put a th400 in the car. its nice to cause the winter allows time to work on the car.

Thanks. It's on a safe tune till I can afford a motor. It will also be getting a th400 here soon. Sounds like you are headed in the right direction Dave. Twins would be nice. Turbos are the way to go that's for sure.
