It would have just delayed it for a while. If the penguin would have shot the seal then he would have been thrown into jail with all the seals buddies.

The penguin 'Robert Stanson', formerly from south antarctica, just filed papers today in los Angeles filing a formal rape charge againt the defendant seal 'Eddy Longfellow', who resides in North Antarctica. Longfellow defense is saying not guilty, but with the substancial evidence provided. I see seal "eddy" going down.
