Name this bug?! I have no idea what it is but I can not get rid of them! Anyone have any ideas?

Are those shots of the lunar surface?
Sersiously, that's black mold and/or brown shrimp from the Gulf mutated by the oil. In either case I think burning them would work or a small hammer should do the job just as well.
