I have no idea what it is but I can not get rid of them! Anyone have any ideas?
Sorry for the crappy pics but its the best I can do, they are so small!

From the antennae it looks like an earwig, not harmful... but it could be another bug.

Are those shots of the lunar surface?

Sersiously, that's black mold and/or brown shrimp from the Gulf mutated by the oil. In either case I think burning them would work or a small hammer should do the job just as well.
