If you have scratches in your windshield, you just need to have it replaced or live with it. And next time, don't neglect your wiper blades. I have seen that a lot and there's no cure. You can't really polish glass. Glass is a liquid, so I need you to polish my bottle of water. It doesn't work.
Glass is porous tho, so waxing it does make water bead off of it. Rain-X is just a very thing wax that fills in all the "holes" in glass to make it perfectly smooth. If you have a scratch in the glass that you can feel with your finger nail, it's not repairable...

you can get one installed in your driveway for between 225 and 400 depending on who you use and what kind of bullshit warranty they get you to buy or the quality of the install...

Ugh. It's not bad enough to warrant replacing the entire damn windshield. I was just wondering if it's possible to polish out the swirls and scratches and what not.
