Im putting together my frist ls1 build. Im looking for a shop, or a reputable individual who i can pay to either help me out in putting this engine together, or do it for me. I would rather find an individual i can pay to help me out and show me the ropes..
But only someone who has good feedback on these forums...The engine is short block right now, im still deciding what way to go with it. It will be going into my 89 240sx...
So if anyone knows, hit me up.

thanks for the replys guys, Not sure where to start a build thread and keep it local..
But long story short, my friend dropped this block to swap in a 6.0 liter into his vette. This 5.7 was given to me, with no accessorys, no oil pan. Its really dirty. Im thinking first thing i need to do is take it somewhere to be cleaned. Here is some pics of how it sits now. I have stock heads with it. Every other part im sourcing from craigslist.
Reason for that is, im just looking to build this thing back up, get to know how to rebuild it. etc etc... so super high cost build is not what im doing this time around. Once i get this rebuilt, and get it into my 240sx... then im going to tackle another build starting with a 6.0 liter truck engine, crazy heads, cam etc etc..
for now i wanna just keep this one with the tr220 cam i have, find ls6 intake... and go from there.
pics... its very dirty
