Supercharged LS3 Dyno and a couple Videos
Hey,
Not a stang, but I just had an A&A supercharger put on my LS3 corvette. The car is stock with 18k and only B&B mufflers. The car got dynoed last week, and made 401rwhp. Pretty strong for only mufflers and stock tune.
Today, we retuned the car with the A&A Supercharger. It uses a Vortech V3 SI trim, with the stock vortech 3.8 pulley. My tuner spent a few hours tonight working on it. The baseline dyno was 540rwhp, with like a 9.2 AF ratio. After tuning some more, the car made right around 600rwhp. My tuner pulled some timing out of the car, and kept it rich up top, since I have a heavy foot. The final numbers are here.
The car is quick, but the power is so smooth. Doesn't jerk you back like my old car did, and much more enjoyable to ride in. Next mods are headers and meth kit.
3rd gear pull, sorry, we had the targa top off and windows down

Thanks, man! Much more civil than my big cammed z06 was. I'm pretty much done drag racing in vettes. Sick of breaking rear ends/axles. Looking to start getting in to the Texas Mile stuff.
