Buddy of mine got a DUI even though he blew UNDER the limit in wilco. He blew a .04 and they still nailed him, ended up costing him almost 5K to keep it from going on his record. Bunch of BS IMO and he wasnt even being stupid just speeding by 12 over in a 55.
