The bottom right looks like an existing myplates design.
I like "Don't Tread on Me" but I'm not putting yellow plates on a red car. Yes, I know it was the flag's color. "Come and Take It" is nice and neutral.
They should make one with the Goliad flag as the graphics since this is TX.
