Who will be out there this friday at the opening of Royal Purple Race way , I kno wmost are not fans of the track but some of us do like going cause its way closer to home then Sealy. It will be in the 40s and hopefully some good big tire cars out there.. Im going to be out there , who else??

i didnt know that , I do know that not last yr but the yr before the last week ends in dec it was cold as **** and they didnt close.

Ambient can be below 50* and yet the track still above 50*. Might call before you go if air temp is below 50* to be sure.

My slow GT500 wouldn't have a chance against the auto, but it should be fun out there. As far as the ZR1, it stays hidden til we rent the track again

Renting the track sounds like fun if it could be done on a low DA day.

Sounds like fun. Although with all you have done not sure I can hold with you. I ran that 11.51 in November and have done virtually nothing other than tweaking my tune and I'll be on drag radials this time too.

Lol I dont even run what u run bro. u have the ls3 , me ls6. My best is a 12.00 @ 117 1.8 60ft. but thats also in the 105 degree weather during bracket racing. So I hope I can do better in this cold weather on friday and now with the new addition on the Fast 90/90.. So I think it will be a good race.

It should be closer to 625-650 with meth a possibly a pulley change on the 17th this month. I'll be back on MT DR's.

Gotta catch up to Mark!(with the shelby, he made me look bad years ago in my stock Z06 without tires, and on my first pass).

Sounds like your car is running real strong, interested in getting some vette guys together the 21-22nd for Sealy?
