I find this thread hilarious. all the haters on here mean to tell me they have NEVER driven after even 1 beer?
depending on this guy's body type, when he got stopped, when the last beer was, how the officer made him blow etc all factor in to this. He could be a rail have 1 beer, drive home and get stopped a block away and blow this, yet he isn't technically a DUI.... guy asked for help. Help him or STFU. He knows he messed up. Leave it at that.

Ha ha this tread is starting to get dumb. First he said he got a dui, now he sayin his friend did. It makes no dame sence why wouldn't you just mention it in the beginning that is was a friend ?
Yeah I could use some spelling lessons and...
You could use some common sense ones.

if you put any sort of alcohol in your body and decide to even turn your car on, the car should instantly lock all of it's doors and burst into flames, then your smelly and melted carcass should be displayed to all the citizens of the town you live in so they feel safe knowing that your bitch *** didn't even make it down the residential street that they live on.

If that does happen How can I hate someone for doing somethin I was guilty of in my younger years.. I will not consider the person a murderer or will I want them to fry. Just a person who made a bad mistake and a terrible tragedy. Do you not think the driver is goin through pain aswell? I couldnt live my life normally knowin I killed someones family.. Now if its his 3rd offense... Fry that ************!
