Good thing you got arrested and you didn't hurt someone.

Any chance you have the officers name and what department he works at, so I can send him a thank you card.

get a new attorney. research the laws in missouri. if you get another in any state it will be your 2nd if you plea. and shake off the haters. more and more people will be arrested from 1st offenses to 3+. just the world and laws we live by these days.

Been there done that. The lawyer will most likley be a waste of money. Find out exactly what the law is and just do it yourself. You will be fine if its your first dui. Iv had ALOT worse lemme tell ya lol

your going to need an attorney to help you apply for an occupational license if your license is in fact suspended. you have to surrender your Missouri license to apply for an occupational license for Texas. this would only allow you to drive to work and back, i don't know about Missouri but in Texas on the first offense the suspension is 90 day's. you well have to ask your attorney to get with d.p.s to see if you have to pay the yearly 1200 dollar fines that you have to pay in Texas to keep your license for three years i think it is on a dwi conviction. just to let you know if you have a commercial drivers license the occupational license does not allow you to drive a commercial vehicle .

Listen I thought this was pretty funny and couldnt help but laugh, but dont let me find out you have ever had a drink and gotten behind the wheel... If there is 1 thing I hate as much as a liar its a Hypocrite.. The Op came on here for advice and obviously its his 1st. Now Im not sayin he didnt screw up but dont burn someone for somethin we all have done at 1 time. Or should I say those of us that were liked in high school.

That is all

Im against it also. I think everyone is unless you are an idiot. All Im sayin is dont come on here bashing someone for a mistake unless you have never put anothers life on the road in danger.. Yes that involves speeding too.. Would you feel the same way if a speeder killed your friend? We all were young and dumb and made mistakes some of us had to learn the hardway. Im very sorry for your loss but I dont think the drunk that killed your friend is a murderer. Just a person who made a bad mistake who has to live with it the rest of his life. I dont believe in nailin someones *** to the wall for makin a 1 time mistake. Now if the OP came on here sayin I got my 3rd DUI and I dont know what to do.. I would reply do the world a favor and Hang yourself cuz your a selfish piece of ****.
