Lq4 with 243 heads?
Lq4 with 243 heads? I am sure this has been asked before but this is what I have planned and wanted som input.
Stock Lq4
243 heads
234 236 cam.
This is going in a 93 silverado and i will be running a gmpp intake, aaron's elbow, ebay 92mm tb, 4l80e. I am going this intake route for the looks of it.
Here are some questions...
Will milling the heads be better? How much? I don't mind flycutting as I have done it before. What size head gasket/ or what year model and engine do I order them for?
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

On topic, this is a stock LQ4 in my RS, with a 242/248 duration Trex grind, carbed all motor, stock 317s, i am going 243s soon as i port them out, they will be milled .030 as the 317s on it now are as well:
That is a 7.2 in the 1/8th with a 1.6 60 foot at 97 MPH. Yes, i hit 4th in the 1/8th mile, LOL.
