Well after 60 long hours on the CNC its finally done.Since getting my bike on Fathers day I finally saved enough pennies to order a custom wheel and pulley set to match my front.I cant wait to mount this sucker and go ride again now that the ridin weather is back

That looks killer. Post a pic when you get it on.

I just finished a bunch of stuff on my new bike and we went for a little ride today. Went to the Spot in Galveston, then down 3005 to Freeport, then back through Angleton. What a nice ride on such a gorgeous day.

Yeah I went riding this morning and had a blast.Weather was perfect.

do you work at a machine shop? i dont want to know how much it would cost to outsource 60hrs of cnc time. who designed the wheel?

I wish I worked at a machine shop Lets just say it took my 4 CCW's to cover the labor,wheel and pulley.The wheel was copied from the factory front so the good part is I only had to have one wheel cut
