The young guy should of put the car in park when the old timer stepped in front. Another reason not to talk trash while sitting in a car with the window down.

Mind.Blown. Over a parking spot, really? Kid was in the wrong for dumping the clutch into the space, but the old guy should have been bounced the hell out of the event for even causing the situation.
You can't stand in a parking space and "save" it when there are other paying customers looking to park. And as others are saying, the old guy is lucky he didn't have more trouble on his hands after getting physical and running his mouth like that. I pack on trips for a reason.
Too many stupid people out there with nothing better to do than create a situation out of thin air. You want to save a parking space, go home, pull out a lawn chair, and sit in your ******* drive way.

He was a paying costumer and had the right to park anywhere he felt like.
It was a busy place with a lot of traffic going in and out. It doesn't matter if you are driving a mini van or a space shuttle built by Titan. You leave that spot just assume that your spot will be taken by the time you get back. What an idiot to be making that shop look like some disrespectful morons towards all of our military.

I don't even think that big guy was part of Titan. The lambo was parked there but left to give someone a quick ride. The guy knew they were coming back so he was trying to save the spot because there was no where else to park....but there was no reason for any of this to happen, very stupid of what they both did.

That old man had some quick reflexes not to get run the hell over. Kid should not have done that, thats for sure. Just shut it down where he was which was 2/3 into the spot anyway. But the old guy had too many red bulls or something, should not have popped the kid.
I agree with the C&C comment. I don't care what I've done, you reach into my car and clock me and you will end up with a gun in your face or worse. Debatable as to whether I would be within my rights to shoot you.

Thats kind of a gray area as to whether you could legally shoot someone who doesnt have a weapon and poses no immediate threat. Youre in a vehicle and have the ability to flee. In my CHL class the instructor specifically said you have to feel like your life is imminant danger or the life of someone else. If he was reaching in the car when you shot him you would be alright but if he was standing up outside the car Id bet your would have a tough time getting away wtih that.
The kid in the car could be charged with assault with a deadly weapon too. Stupid situation all around. I didnt bother watching the last 4 minutes of the video but it looked like the typical quarrels that happen everywhere. I was hoping for some Kimbo Slice type stuff
